BURLINGTON, MA—Why are some people always happy and why some are never (well, almost never) happy? You might blame our genes for at least 50 percent of the problems, but the rest of the 50 percent is our choice.
“Happiness is a choice,” says Gina Vild, co-author of “The Two Most Important Days: How to Find Your Purpose – and Live a Happier, Healthier Life” with Dr. Sanjiv Chopra.
Ms Vild will talk about the anatomy of happiness at the 7th Annual Health, Fitness & Wellness Expo on March 10 at Burlington Marriott Hotel in Burlington, MA. She will also sign her book there.
The 7th Annual Health & Wellness Expo, which is produced by The Mishra Group in collaboration with INDIA New England News, Indus Business Journal and INE MultiMedia, is sponsored by KnowYourMeds, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Lahey Health.
The event is free for all attendees, but you must pre-register. To register for free, please click here.
