Half-day conference connects national and global thought leaders through curated discussion, learning, and community at Suffolk University.

BOSTON— FintechWomen announced that its annual RealTalk 2025: Your Economic Edge will take place on November 20 at Suffolk University, bringing together professionals from across finance, technology, and innovation to explore how leadership and value are being redefined in today’s rapidly changing financial landscape.

Designed as an open and inclusive experience for professionals at all stages—from students and emerging leaders to executives and entrepreneurs—the half-day conference blends insight-driven programming with interactive learning and connection. The agenda moves from an opening keynote through masterclasses, product demonstrations, and a panel discussion, concluding with a closing keynote and an evening networking reception. As part of FintechWomen’s commitment to accessibility, admission remains complimentary.

“Our goal is to create spaces where diverse voices and perspectives come together for meaningful dialogue,” said Jagathi Gururajan, Chair of the FintechWomen Board. “This year’s RealTalk reflects how deeply our community values conversations that are insightful, inclusive, and truly elevate professional growth.”

Exploring Leadership, AI, and Responsible Innovation

This year’s program is anchored by two keynote speakers whose work is shaping the future of artificial intelligence and governance.

Sabrina Mansur, Director of the Massachusetts Artificial Intelligence (AI) Hub, will open the conference with a keynote on responsible and human-centered innovation and how Massachusetts can lead in building ethical AI systems. With a career spanning Draper Laboratory, Motional, and NASA’s Artemis program, Mansur brings a uniquely interdisciplinary perspective on how innovation can generate both economic and social value.

Closing the afternoon, Heather Gentile, Director of Product for watsonx.governance Risk and Compliance at IBM, will explore themes of trust, leadership, and accountability in the age of intelligent technology. Her talk will examine how organizations can balance rapid innovation with long-term confidence and ethical stewardship.

Between these anchor sessions, attendees will hear from a range of national and global voices across topics including investment strategy, applied technology, leadership, and board readiness. Each segment has been intentionally designed to build on the previous one—creating a seamless journey from learning to dialogue to connection.

“Every part of this program was built to inspire professionals who are curious about the future and serious about shaping it,” said Julie Trainor, a FintechWomen Board Member. “It’s not just about information, but about perspective and understanding where opportunity meets responsibility.”
