Gautham Karthik Unveils First Look of Shivakumar–Ann Sheetal Starrer ‘Badam Kheer’
Chennai — Actor Gautham Karthik has unveiled the first look and title of director Jai Sakthi Prakash’s upcoming romantic comedy Badam Kheer, starring Shivakumar and Ann Sheetal in the lead roles.
Taking to social media, Gautham Karthik shared the poster and extended his wishes to the cast and crew for the film’s success. “Happy to reveal the title and first look of #BadamKheer. My hearty wishes to the entire cast and crew for a huge success,” he wrote.
The film, directed by debutant Jai Sakthi Prakash and produced by Pradeep Jose K, is said to be a romantic comedy entertainer aimed at a family audience.
The newly released first-look poster features a vibrant backdrop with multiple characters, including Shivakumar, Sathish, and Daniel Annie Pope, each seen holding musical instruments, hinting at a light-hearted, musical tone.
In addition to the lead pair, the film also stars Daniel Annie Pope, Pradeep Josh, and Sathish in key roles, along with cameo appearances by Yogi Babu and T. M. Karthik. Supporting roles are played by Madhumita, Vazhakku Nambi Muthuraman, and Lija.
According to sources from the production team, filming has been completed across locations including Chennai, Pondicherry, and Munnar. Post-production work is currently underway and progressing rapidly, with teaser and promotional updates expected soon.
On the technical front, the film features music by Vishal Chandrasekhar, cinematography by A. Kumaran, art direction by Palanivel, editing by Linu M, and sound design by Sethu.
