TiE Boston to Host Panel on Franchising and Real Estate Investment on November 10

BOSTON–TiE Boston’s Real Estate Special Interest Group (SIG) will host a panel discussion on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, titled “Franchising & Real Estate: Building Assets That Scale Up.” The event will explore how entrepreneurs build and expand franchise businesses and how franchise investments can contribute to local economic growth.
The discussion will feature entrepreneurs Manny Arora and Ranga Narasimhan, with Aseem Juneja serving as moderator. Drawing on their experience across wireless retail, food service, and healthcare, the speakers will share insights into their entrepreneurial journeys and the opportunities and challenges involved in growing businesses through franchising.
The session will examine the relationship between franchising and real estate, highlighting how entrepreneurs can build scalable business models and develop assets that support long-term growth. It will also offer attendees an opportunity to learn about franchise ownership and the potential economic impact of expanding businesses within local communities.
