Salman Khan Locks New Film With Dil Raju, Shoot Starts April

MUMBAI, India — Salman Khan is jumping straight into his next big-screen entertainer, teaming up with hitmaker Dil Raju and director Vamshi Paidipally, with shooting set to begin this April.

The superstar broke the news himself on Instagram, teasing the project with: “Dil, Dimag, Jigar se from this April…”

Details are tightly under wraps, but industry buzz says the film will be a large-scale commercial entertainer with a nationwide shoot and a possible Eid 2027 release.

The movie will be backed by Dil Raju’s Sri Venkateswara Creations, known for delivering blockbuster crowd-pleasers. The producer has more than 60 films under his belt and two National Awards to his name.

Salman, meanwhile, is juggling multiple projects. He’s gearing up for his upcoming war drama “Maatrubhumi,” directed by Apoorva Lakhia and co-starring Chitrangada Singh, set to hit theaters April 17.

He was last seen in “Sikandar,” where he played a man seeking redemption after a tragic accident, only to be hunted by a powerful politician.

Off-screen, Salman recently made headlines after bringing his father, legendary writer Salim Khan, out to greet fans on Eid just days after his hospital discharge. Sharing the moment, Salman wrote: “Eid Mubarak, Thank you very much for your blessings, Dad is back home thank you.”

MUMBAI, India — Tara Sutaria is living her best homebody life — and her kitchen is stealing the spotlight.

The actress spent her weekend cooking up a storm, whipping up a gourmet spread that included everything from shrimp in chili butter to sticky ribs glazed in cola and fennel.

Sharing snaps of the feast, Tara wrote: “Weekends at home…Cooking, laughing, chatting and eating..Some new recipes i tried,” before listing her creations, including “salted crisps topped with prosciutto, Parmesan, pickles and gherkins” and “Caramelised sticky sweet and sour ribs in a cola and fennel glaze.”

This isn’t her first kitchen flex. Earlier this month, Tara baked fresh scones with clotted cream and jam from scratch, proudly posting: “Decided I’d bake fresh scones and clotted cream from scratch!”

She added, “(can’t believe I baked these scones and made the cream in 45 minutes ).”

Up next, Tara will appear in the much-anticipated period gangster drama “Toxic,” directed by Geetu Mohandas and starring Yash, alongside Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi, and Rukmini Vasanth.
