Tiffany Trump Set to Visit Jaisalmer as Rajasthan Prepares for High-Profile Stop on India Tour

Trump family member expected to explore iconic desert city landmarks during private visit

JAISALMER, Rajasthan — Tiffany Trump, the younger daughter of U.S. President Donald Trump, is expected to arrive in Rajasthan’s historic desert city of Jaisalmer on Sunday as part of a private visit to India with her husband, businessman Michael Boulos.

The couple is scheduled to arrive aboard a chartered flight and stay at the luxury Suryagarh Hotel, one of Rajasthan’s most prominent heritage destinations. During their brief visit, they are expected to tour several of Jaisalmer’s best-known attractions, including the famed Sonar Fort (Jaisalmer Fort), Patwon Ki Haveli, and Gadisar Lake before departing on Monday.

The visit has generated considerable interest among local tourism stakeholders and officials, who view it as another opportunity to showcase Jaisalmer’s rich cultural heritage and global appeal.

Authorities have implemented extensive security measures ahead of the visit. Given Jaisalmer’s location near the India-Pakistan border, local police, district officials, and intelligence agencies are coordinating security and traffic management plans to ensure the couple’s movements remain smooth and secure throughout their stay.

Tiffany Trump’s stop in Jaisalmer follows visits to two of India’s most recognizable landmarks. Earlier in the trip, she and Boulos toured the Swaminarayan Akshardham Temple in New Delhi, where she shared images of the temple’s architecture on social media. On Saturday, the couple traveled to Agra to visit the Taj Mahal, posing for photographs at the iconic UNESCO World Heritage site.

Tourism industry representatives in Rajasthan say visits by internationally recognized public figures often help increase global visibility for destinations such as Jaisalmer, known for its golden sandstone architecture, desert landscapes, and centuries-old cultural traditions.

The Trump family has visited Jaisalmer before. In 2018, Jared Kushner, husband of Ivanka Trump and then a senior advisor to the White House, traveled to the city to attend a high-profile wedding at Suryagarh Hotel. That visit also drew significant attention and required extensive coordination between Indian authorities and U.S. security personnel.

With its historic fort, ornate havelis, and growing reputation as a luxury tourism destination, Jaisalmer continues to attract visitors from around the world. Tiffany Trump’s visit is expected to place another international spotlight on the city often referred to as the “Golden City” of Rajasthan.
