Sudesh Bhosale Cherishes Performance With Hema Malini at Brajraj Utsav in Mathura
MUMBAI– Indian playback singer Sudesh Bhosale has described sharing the stage with veteran actress and politician Hema Malini at Brajraj Utsav 2026 in Mathura as an unforgettable experience, expressing gratitude for the opportunity to perform alongside the Bollywood star.
Bhosale shared photographs and messages on social media following the cultural festival, including pictures from a visit to Malini’s residence after the concert.
The singer thanked the people of Mathura for their enthusiastic response to his performance at the festival, which celebrated the region’s religious traditions, music and cultural heritage.
“Heartfelt gratitude to the beautiful people of Mathura for showering me with so much love and warmth at Brajraj Utsav 2026. It was an absolute honour to perform at this grand cultural celebration in the sacred land of Braj, celebrating the rich heritage, devotion, music and traditions of Mathura. The energy of the audience and your overwhelming love made this evening truly unforgettable,” Bhosale wrote.
He reserved special appreciation for Malini, who joined him in singing during the event.
“A very special and heartfelt thank you Dream Girl Hema Malini Ji who sang with me on stage. A beautiful memory that I will treasure forever. My sincere gratitude to Uttar Pradesh Tourism, the Uttar Pradesh Braj Teerth Vikas Parishad, and the Mathura District Administration for this wonderful opportunity to be a part of Brajraj Utsav 2026,” he added.
Bhosale also expressed his affection for Mathura and its residents.
“Mathura, your love will always remain close to my heart. Thank you for making this musical evening so special!Jai Shri Krishna,” he wrote.
Following the concert, Bhosale visited Malini at her residence, accompanied by his wife, Hema Bhosale.
Photographs shared by the singer showed the couple posing with Malini inside her home.
Bhosale described the visit as another memorable moment from his trip to Mathura.
“It’s always an absolute honour to meet Hema Malini Ji @dreamgirlhemamalini at her residence after the grand and spectacular concert at Brajraj Utsav 2026 in Mathura, the sacred land of Shri Krishna,” he wrote.
He also thanked Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Malini for their involvement in the celebration.

Although widely recognized for her acting career, Malini also has a history of recording songs for films and devotional projects.
She made her singing debut in the 1974 film Haath Ki Safai, performing alongside legendary playback singer Kishore Kumar on the song “Peene Waalon Ko Peene Ka Bahana Chahiye,” composed by Kalyanji-Anandji.
Malini later sang in the 1977 film Dream Girl and recorded several devotional songs and bhajans.
Her musical work has also included Bengali songs and two recordings for Durga Puja in 2020.
