BURLINGTON, MA- INDIA New England News announced its first-ever keynote speaker for the 9th annual Spring Wedding Expo: matchmaker and dating coach Jasbina Ahluwalia.
An Indian-American attorney turned entrepreneur, Ahluwalia is a relationship expert, matchmaker and dating coach. Pioneering a unique approach to matchmaking, which blends the best of the East and West, Ahluwalia adds a valuable contribution to the matchmaking industry.
Ahluwalia is the Founder and President of Palo Alto, Calif-based Intersections Match by Jasbina, the only premier matchmaking and dating coaching firm for Indian singles in the US, Canada and the UK.
In her talk, Ahluwalia will discuss the issues she has encountered on modern love and marriage through her firm’s clients, such as the differing issues that arise in dating as a person gets older.
Through her blended approach of Eastern and Western practices, Ahluwalia will show attendees how to succeed in finding love, wherever they are. She has previously published columns with INDIA New England News on topics such as how to succeed in dating while pursuing a career and how to escape the dreaded ‘friend zone’.
A finalist in OPRAH’S search for a TV Host, Ahluwalia has also been featured in the New York Times, San Jose Mercury News, Chicago Tribune, Washington Post and Entrepreneur Magazine. She has also moderated/participated on panels at Harvard Business School, Wharton, Northwestern and Columbia.
Ahluwalia previously practiced law in San Francisco and Chicago. She earned her B.A/M.A. in Philosophy from Vanderbilt University, and JD from the University of Michigan Law School.
