Manisha Koirala Shares Glimpse of Early-Morning Skincare Routine

MUMBAI — Actress Manisha Koirala gave fans a peek into her self-care habits, revealing that skincare remains a top priority in her daily routine.
Taking to Instagram Stories, the actress first posted a photo of herself wearing a face mask, captioning it: “Skincare priority… when time allows.”
She followed it up with a video showing herself applying ice to her face to reduce puffiness. “Early morning puffiness… Ice treatment…” she wrote alongside the clip.
In a final update, Koirala shared a short video from her car with the caption: “Off to work.”
The actress was most recently seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s period drama series “Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar.” Set in Lahore’s historic Heera Mandi district during the Indian independence movement, the series explores the lives of courtesans and their personal and political struggles under British colonial rule. The ensemble cast includes Sonakshi Sinha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Richa Chadha, Sanjeeda Sheikh, Sharmin Segal and Taha Shah Badussha.
On the film front, Koirala was last seen in “Shehzada,” directed by Rohit Dhawan. The movie, a remake of the Telugu hit “Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo,” starred Kartik Aaryan, Kriti Sanon, Paresh Rawal and Ronit Roy alongside Koirala.
Now 54, Koirala is regarded as one of the most prominent actresses of the 1990s and early 2000s. She made her acting debut in the 1989 Nepali film “Pheri Bhetaula” before entering Hindi cinema with the 1991 drama “Saudagar.”
Over the years, she delivered acclaimed performances in films such as “Bombay,” “Agni Sakshi,” “Indian,” “Gupt: The Hidden Truth,” “Kachche Dhaage,” “Mudhalvan,” “Company,” “1942: A Love Story,” “Akele Hum Akele Tum,” “Khamoshi: The Musical,” “Dil Se..” and “Lajja.”
She later explored unconventional and art-house projects, including “Escape From Taliban,” “Elektra” and “I Am.”
In 2012, Koirala was diagnosed with advanced ovarian cancer and underwent extensive treatment for a year. She made a full recovery by mid-2014 and returned to the screen with the coming-of-age drama “Dear Maya” in 2017. (Source: IANS)
