BURLINGTON, MA—The 9th Annual Health Fitness & Wellness Expo, organized by INDIA New England News and produced by The Mishra Group, last Sunday presented diet, diabetes, heart, mental health and other experts and an immersion in yoga and meditation.
The day-long Expo was held at Burlington Marriott Hotel in Burlington, MA. Over 450 people had registered for the event.
“Congratulations for organizing a great community meeting. Simply amazing the talents, we have. Everyone was just great,” said Dr. Dinesh Patel, a world-renowned orthopedic surgeon, who spoke at the Expo about Exercise and Sports Medicine: Common Knee, Shoulder, Hip and Hand Disorders. “I peeked in Yoga – was doing well but stayed all the way to hear and respect the speakers. Everything went on smooth.”
“We will need a bigger room next time,” Jay Gupta, who led the session on Yoga & Meditation: Inner Awareness, Self-Regulation and Physical and Mental Health.
The annual Health Expo is organized every year by INDIA New England News and produced by The Mishra Group. The event is always free to all attendees. Thus yea’s Expo was held on Sunday, Aug. 13, from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
