n, MA. We have highlighted some important topics and panels from our Track A panel of traditional medicine in recent weeks. Here are some key topics from Tracks B and C Alternative Medicine panels and workshops.

The Health Expo is organized by INE MultiMedia in collaboration with INDIA New England News, and is sponsored by Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Lahey Health, Cambridge Health Alliance and Neem Medical Spa.

Anu Chitrapu, a senior vice president and executive at Bank of America who holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, leads the workshops at the Expo and serves as its Director. Dr. Deepa Jhaveri, a podiatrist at Lahey Health in Danvers, MA, as Associate Director of the Workshops. Dr. Manju Sheth, MD, an internist at Lahey Health is Chair of the Mega Health Expo.

Yoga, Breathing, Meditation, Relaxation: Jay Gupta, Ritu Kapur, Harshal Morparia and Melissa Dabilis

A very experienced team of yoga teachers will lead this session to give all the participants an experience of peace and ease in their body and mind. Session has been designed to suit the needs of the beginners. However advanced yoga practitioners may also find it highly rewarding.

Nikita Rao’s Bollywood Dance Academy will present this segment. The Bollywood Fitness Workshop has been designed to give you a well-rounded and balanced workout for your full body. Chakras and its Relation to Stress: Bhavana Srivastava

Bhavna’s Wellness Group is a collaboration of Holistic practitioners providing Healing to the core through love and pace. Bhavana Srivastava will teach you how to bring balance into your life by helping your mind, body, heart and soul.

Bollywood Dance Session: Shikha Bajpai

After a few sessions of exercise, mediation, relaxation and stress reduction, Shikha Bajpai and her Dancing Divas team will Shikha Bajpai teach you some Bollywood moves to burn your fat away.

Art As a Therapy: Java Joshi
