BURLINGTON, MA—Dr. Kiran Lulla, MD, a board—certified child and adolescent psychiatrist, who is also certified in both ECT’s and TMS, will speak at the 10th Annual Health Expo this Sunday at Burlington Marriott Hotel in Burlington.
She will talk about rising mental health, depression and suicides among Indian American communities.

The day-long Expo will be held from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Aug. 18, 2024 at Burlington Marriott Hotel in Burlington, MA.

Dr. Lulla received both her M.B.B.S. (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery), as well as her M.D. from one of India’s leading universities, the University of Mumbai. After moving to the US, she completed her residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (NJ) as well as at the Austin State Hospital (TX).
She then completed her fellowship at the Tufts University School of Medicine, and her ECT training at McLean Hospital. She also studied children and adolescents treated with antipsychotic medications and their side effect profile at Massachusetts General Hospital (and Harvard Medical School) with the Schizophrenia Research Program.
After this, she received her M.B.A. from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
