BOSTON– Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Reena Patel in leadership roles with the Boston-based Lease Audit and Lease Administration group as its managing director.
Patel has been with Cushman & Wakefield for more than thirteen years. She manages lease portfolios, reviews lease language and business terms, and provides negotiation support and lease abstracting services.
She is a valued partner to brokers and clients, with a strong legal background and extensive experience in commercial leases.
Patel will lead the Boston-based Lease Administration group which includes Julian Cure, Rae Dearborn, Sharon Joyce and Denise Orlando.
