Padma Kuppa’s accomplsihments as a state rep inclube being assistant house whip. While being assitant whip she:

• Serve on both the Energy and Local Government & Municipal Finance committees.
• Belong to multiple caucuses, including Education and Labor.
• Am co-chair of the Asian Pacific American Caucus.
• Act as historian for the Michigan Legislative Black Caucus.
• Co-chair the Equal Pay Task Force.
