Ayushmann Khurrana Reportedly Receives Extortion Threat From Alleged Bishnoi Gang Member
MUMBAI– Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana has reportedly received a threatening audio message from an individual claiming to belong to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang and demanding a large sum of money.

According to sources, police are investigating the message and comparing the sender’s voice with recordings of known suspects. Cybercrime investigators are also attempting to trace the phone number and location from which the threat originated.
The reported threat follows a similar incident involving actor Tusshar Kapoor, who allegedly received an audio message demanding Rs 5 crore ($500,000 approximately) from someone identifying himself as Harry Boxxer, an alleged Bishnoi gang member.
However, preliminary findings suggest that the audio message sent to Kapoor may be fake. Authorities are investigating whether the threats originated from the gang or individuals impersonating its members.
The incidents come amid heightened security concerns in Bollywood following an October 18 shooting incident involving actor Tiger Shroff.
The Bishnoi gang claimed responsibility for that attack and subsequently issued warnings targeting individuals associated with actor Salman Khan.
Police have not publicly confirmed whether the latest threats are authentic or directly connected to the gang. (Source: IANS)
