B Praak Teases Dark New Song

MUMBAI, India — Singer and music composer B Praak said he is working on a new song that he described as “too much dark.”
Praak, whose real name is Pratik Bachan, shared two photos of himself on Instagram, showing him sitting by a pool and working on a laptop.
“Agla Gaana Too Much Dark Banaa Hai You’ll Witness The Magic Soon (sic),” he wrote.
Known for songs including “Filhall,” “Ranjha,” “Teri Mitti” and “Mann Bharrya,” Praak began his career as a music director under the name Prakky B. He later collaborated with lyricist Jaani, with the two releasing their first song, “Soch,” in 2013. The track was sung by Harrdy Sandhu and composed by Praak.
Praak went on to compose and produce music for several singers, including Jassie Gill, Harrdy Sandhu, Amrinder Gill, Gippy Grewal, Diljit Dosanjh and Ammy Virk. His compositions include “Taara,” “Joker,” “Na Ji Na,” “Ik Saal,” “Do You Know,” “Supna,” “Backbone” and “Horn Blow.”
He made his debut as a singer in 2018 with “Mann Bharrya” and entered Hindi films as a singer in 2019 with “Teri Mitti” from the Akshay Kumar-starrer “Kesari.”
Earlier this year, Praak announced his “Sounds of Hari” tour, with shows in Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Mumbai and New Delhi.
The tour was designed as more than a traditional concert, with a focus on healing, emotional release and reflection through music.
“‘Sounds of Hari’ is not a concert in the usual sense. It’s a space where sound becomes a form of healing. I want people to come, sit with their emotions, and leave feeling lighter,” Praak said at the time. (Source: IANS)
