BURLINGTON, MA– Academy of Creative Arts teens will perform a dance that will enhance the wedding festivities and mood adding to the wedding vibe at INDIA New England News Spring Wedding Expo that kicks of the wedding season in New England every year.
The Wedding Expo, which is free to all attendees, will be held from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm on Sunday, April 21, 2024, in Grand Ballroom of the Burlington Marriott Hotel in Burlington, MA.

Weddings in India are a combination of rituals and ceremonies that lasts several days. These weddings combine local, religious, and family traditions.
The wedding dance is choreographed by Academy of Creative Arts Bollywood instructor Gehna Sharma where four teens–Anaya Gehlot, Sanya Jain, Richa Mandal and Gehna Sharma–will be showcasing a dance act on wedding songs.
“I have been performing for almost 20 years and have been choreographing for 5 years,” said Ms. Sharma. “I dance and choreograph my songs in a way that makes dancing look easy to people.”
Academy of Creative Arts is an educational institution where 30+ different forms of creative and performing art programs such as art of painting, dance forms like Bollywood, Kathak, Bharatnatyam, Odissi, bhangra, hindustani vocal, tabla, storytelling etc. are taught all under one roof at their 18,000-square-foot facility in Burlington.
Academy now also has a function hall that New England community can rent for various wedding functions and events as well as dance studio spaces that people can rent for their practice rehearsals and to host various kinds of private and public events.
