Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone Reveal Name of Second Daughter

Mumbai — Bollywood stars Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone have named their second daughter Devi Padukone Singh, sharing the news on social media Tuesday during Dussehra celebrations.

The couple posted a family photograph featuring their two daughters, Dua and Devi, dressed in matching golden traditional outfits. In the photo, Dua is seen kissing her younger sister as their parents smile.

“Of Love & Abundance… Devi Padukone Singh,” the couple captioned the post.

Several Bollywood celebrities, including Mrunal Thakur, Sharvari and Bhumi Pednekar, responded with heart emojis.

Ranveer and Deepika welcomed Devi on September 19, 2026, after announcing their second pregnancy in April. Their first daughter, Dua, was born on September 8, 2024.

The couple married in November 2018 in Lake Como, Italy, after appearing together in several films, including Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela, Bajirao Mastani, Padmaavat and 83.

Mumbai — Bollywood actress Rakul Preet Singh and her husband, actor-producer Jackky Bhagnani, shared heartfelt birthday wishes for Jackky’s mother, Pooja Bhagnani, on social media.

Rakul posted a video montage featuring family photographs and moments spent with her mother-in-law, including a picture taken in London near Westminster.

“Happy Birthday, Mom! You have a way of making people feel loved without even trying, and that’s such a beautiful thing about you,” Rakul wrote, wishing her good health, happiness and a year filled with memorable moments.

Jackky also marked the occasion by sharing a photograph with his mother in matching ivory-colored traditional outfits. In his message, he credited her with teaching him the importance of love, respect and resilience.

Rakul and Jackky married on February 21, 2024, in Goa, with wedding ceremonies honoring both families’ traditions.

Mumbai — Bollywood actress Kiara Advani once revealed that she wanted to slap her Kabir Singh co-star Shahid Kapoor after being kept waiting for eight hours on the film’s set over a discussion about his shoes.

During an appearance on Koffee With Karan, Kiara recalled the incident, which occurred early in the filming of the 2019 romantic drama.

“It was my third or fourth day of shooting, and I was made to wait for eight hours because there was discussion of what shoes Shahid would wear in the next scene,” she said.

Host Karan Johar jokingly supported her reaction, saying he would have felt the same way after such a long delay.

Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Kabir Singh was a Hindi remake of his Telugu film Arjun Reddy, starring Vijay Deverakonda.

Meanwhile, Kiara and her husband, actor Sidharth Malhotra, are expecting their second child. The couple announced the pregnancy on October 7 through a social media post featuring their daughter, Saraayah.

Mumbai — Bollywood stars Sara Ali Khan and Ayushmann Khurrana visited the Golden Temple in Amritsar as they continued promoting their upcoming film Udta Teer.

Sara shared a photograph on Instagram showing the two actors dressed in white traditional outfits, standing with folded hands in front of the temple.

“Happy Dussehra. Wishing everyone love, luck and laughter,” she captioned the post.

Ayushmann said it was his third visit to the Golden Temple, describing each experience as memorable.

The co-stars have been exploring Punjab’s culture during their promotional tour. Earlier this month, Sara shared a video from Chandigarh featuring Ayushmann enjoying traditional Punjabi lassi while she posed in a pink salwar kameez at a farm.

Directed by Aakash Kaushik, Udta Teer also stars Rahul Bose, Ram Kapoor, Gulshan Grover, Raghubir Yadav, Supriya Pilgaonkar and Smita Tambe, among others.

The film, originally scheduled for release on October 9, is now set to hit theaters on October 23.

Vicky Kaushal Recalls How Katrina Kaif Saved Him From Paying for His Wedding Shoes

Mumbai — Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal once revealed how his wife, Katrina Kaif, helped him avoid paying a large sum to her sisters during a traditional wedding ritual.

During an appearance on The Kapil Sharma Show, Vicky recalled the playful Joota Chupai ceremony at their December 2021 wedding in Rajasthan.

The North Indian wedding tradition involves the bride’s relatives hiding the groom’s shoes and demanding money in exchange for returning them.

Vicky said Katrina’s sisters took his shoes before the wedding ceremony despite attempts by his brothers to stop them.

“The moment I was going to the mandap, Katrina’s sisters came and started pulling my shoes,” he recalled, adding that he eventually allowed them to take the footwear.

However, after the ceremony, Katrina wanted to take photographs before sunset, and Vicky still had no shoes.

With daylight fading, Katrina scolded her sisters and demanded that they return the shoes, allowing Vicky to retrieve them without paying anything.

Vicky and Katrina married on December 9, 2021, in Rajasthan. The couple welcomed their first child, a son named Vihaan, on November 7, 2025.

Tiger Shroff’s Team Warns of Legal Action Over Fake News and AI-Generated Videos

Mumbai — Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff’s team has warned of legal action against individuals and social media platforms spreading fabricated stories and AI-generated videos falsely attributed to the actor following a recent firing incident.

In a statement issued Tuesday, the team clarified that Shroff had not made any public statements or released videos concerning Sunday’s incident.

“We would like to categorically clarify that Tiger Shroff has made no statements, released no videos, and authorised no communication regarding the recent incident or any related developments,” the statement said.

The team accused several social media accounts and digital platforms of circulating misleading content, including fabricated narratives and AI-generated videos presented as authentic communications from the actor.

“These are completely false, unauthorised and intended to mislead the public,” the statement added.

Shroff’s representatives urged media outlets and social media users to verify information before publishing or sharing it, warning that those responsible for creating or distributing false content could face legal consequences.

The team said it was reviewing the misleading material and reserved the right to pursue legal remedies against those involved.

It also urged the public to rely exclusively on verified communications from Shroff and his official representatives. (Source: IANS)
