With more than two decades of experience in the media and entertainment industry, Koshy has held senior leadership positions at TVF, Arré, Reliance Broadcast Network, and Future Group India. After joining TVF in 2016 as Head of Brand Partnerships, he returned in 2020 as President, where he now leads the company’s business strategy, growth initiatives, and monetization efforts for its highly successful content portfolio.
Under Koshy’s leadership, TVF has strengthened its reputation as one of India’s premier OTT content studios, producing relatable stories that resonate with audiences across generations. He also revealed how Panchayat—now one of India’s most beloved streaming series—faced initial skepticism from platforms due to its rural setting before ultimately becoming a cultural phenomenon. Today, Koshy also serves as a producer on select TVF series and films, including the upcoming theatrical folk-thriller VVAN.
