Tamannaah Bhatia Says Rain Marked Devi’s Arrival at Her Home
MUMBAI, India — Tamannaah Bhatia said unexpected rain in Mumbai made the arrival of Devi at her home feel even more special during the Linga Bhairavi Devi Punya Puja.

In an Instagram post, the actress said she had been concerned about the heat ahead of the puja, especially for guests who would be attending. But she woke up at dawn to rain, wind and cooler weather.
“For days, Mumbai had been unbearably hot. One of the things we quietly worried about was how everyone would sit through the puja, how we would make the day comfortable for those who had come. Then, at dawn, I woke up and looked outside my window. The trees were swaying. The flowers were drenched in rain. The wind had arrived. The heat that had hung over the city for days had simply disappeared,” she wrote.
Bhatia said the moment made her feel that “Devi had arrived at home with the rain.”
The actress also said the home continued to feel peaceful even after the puja ended and guests had left.
“What made the day even more special was sharing it with family, loved ones, and everyone who gathered under one roof,” she wrote, adding that bringing a spiritual process into a home can create a moment to “pause, connect, and experience life a little more deeply.”
Kriti Sanon Followed Strict Fitness Plan for ‘Cocktail 2,’ Trainer Says
MUMBAI, India — Kriti Sanon followed a demanding fitness and nutrition plan for her upcoming film “Cocktail 2,” according to her trainer, Karan Sawhney.

Sanon reshared a video from Sawhney on Instagram Stories, showing her doing an incline walk as part of her workout routine.
Sawhney said the fitness plan was designed around the requirements of her role, including her first bikini scene. He said Sanon trained six days a week and focused on strength training, incline walks, Zone 2 cardio, sleep and a high-protein diet.
“The brief was clear and uncompromising. Super lean. Super toned. Abs that actually show on camera. Strength that reads through the screen,” Sawhney wrote.
He said the goal was not for Sanon to become “size zero,” but to look fit, toned and luminous on screen.
“But this was the real challenge, don’t lose the glow. Don’t hollow out the face,” he wrote, adding that her nutrition was “dialled in to protect the face while leaning the body.”
Sawhney said Sanon’s preparation required discipline and consistency, while also staying aligned with director Homi Adajania’s vision for the character.
“This wasn’t just about looking good for a scene. This was about honouring the character, the director’s vision, and most importantly, herself,” he wrote.
