Air India Express Expands Loyalty Program Benefits to International Bookings

Loyalty members can now access tier-based discounts and savings on seats, baggage, and other services across more than 60 domestic and international routes

MUMBAI–Air India Express has expanded its loyalty programme for Tata NeuPass members, extending tier-based discounts to international bookings and broadening benefits across its network of more than 60 destinations, the airline announced April 23.

The updated programme allows members to access discounts previously limited to domestic flights on international routes as well. Benefits include reduced fares, as well as savings on add-on services such as seat selection, meals, baggage, and priority services. The airline said total discounts on these ancillary services can reach up to 30%.

The loyalty programme operates on a four-tier system—Aviator, Explorer, Highflyer, and Jetsetter—based on the number of flights taken or spending with the airline. Members earn rewards in the form of NeuCoins, which can be redeemed across a range of services including travel, retail, and dining.

In addition to tier-based pricing, members can receive up to 25% savings on domestic business class fares and additional promotional discounts on flight bookings. The airline also offers milestone-based rewards, including vouchers after a set number of flights.

Siddhartha Butalia, chief marketing officer of Air India Express, said the expansion reflects growing demand for integrated loyalty benefits across both domestic and international travel. He added that the programme, which has more than 20 million members, is a core part of the broader Tata Neu ecosystem.

Air India Express said customers can enroll in the programme through its website or mobile app and access benefits across its network spanning South Asia, Southeast Asia, and West Asia.
