Mumbai— Actress Jacqueline Fernandez shared a glimpse of her pole dancing practice on Instagram, calling it both challenging and rewarding.
Posting a video of herself performing, with Tove Lo’s “Habits (Stay High)” playing in the background, Jacqueline wrote:
“Pure strength and training. Extremely difficult but so worth it once you take off! Back after ages.”
Known for her dance skills, Fernandez highlighted the intense physical demands of pole dancing, describing it as an art that requires consistent strength and training.

Jacqueline’s latest release was “Housefull 5”, which hit theatres on June 6. The ensemble comedy stars Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan, Riteish Deshmukh, and Sonam Bajwa, alongside a star-studded cast including Nargis Fakhri, Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, Nana Patekar, Chitrangada Singh, Fardeen Khan, Chunky Pandey, Johnny Lever, Shreyas Talpade, Dino Morea, Ranjeet, and others.

Jacqueline will next appear in “Welcome to the Jungle”, directed by Ahmed Khan. The film, scheduled for release on December 20, features a large ensemble cast including Akshay Kumar, Sanjay Dutt, Suniel Shetty, Arshad Warsi, Raveena Tandon, Disha Patani, Lara Dutta, and many others.
