Well, Sneh: The Replenish Challenge — 7 Habits, 21 Days Well, Sneh: The Replenish Challenge — 7 Habits, 21 Days

BOSTON–Women Who Win is introducing a new monthly wellness series this fall, led by contributor Sneh Gaurav Jaisingh, MS, NBHWC. Titled “Well, Sneh: A Women’s Wellness Series,” the series will explore practical approaches to nutrition, lifestyle and overall wellbeing.

Jaishingh is a Clinical Nutritionist and Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach with more than 20 years of experience in nutrition and lifestyle medicine. Her approach focuses on the connection between evidence-based health practices and everyday life.

The first installment, “Detox: Facts vs. Myths,” examines common claims surrounding detoxes, cleanses, teas and short-term “resets.” The article addresses questions many people have after periods of indulgence or before important events, including whether the body needs a special detox program and whether short cleanses can meaningfully remove toxins.

Rather than focusing on quick fixes, Jaishingh outlines the role of the body’s natural processes and emphasizes consistent habits, including adequate hydration, eating fiber-rich and varied foods, regular movement, sufficient sleep, stress management and moderating alcohol and highly processed foods.

The series will also introduce The Replenish Challenge: 7 Habits, 21 Days, a three-week initiative centered on building sustainable wellness habits. The challenge is based on the idea that supporting wellbeing does not require dramatic restrictions or complicated protocols, but can begin with small, consistent changes.

Additional information about The Replenish Challenge, including how to participate, will be shared soon on the Women Who Win platform.

Readers can also join the conversation in the Women Who Win Facebook group and share whether they plan to take part in the 21-day challenge.
