TiE Young Entrepreneurs to Host Open House in Waltham on Monday

WALTHAM, MA– TiE Young Entrepreneurs, a youth entrepreneurship program for high school age students to develop their business skills, confidence, leadership and ability to multitask through the creation of a startup, will host an open house on Monday, June 5th, in Waltham, MA. The event is free to all attendees.

TiE Young Entrepreneurs, known as TYE, is an award-winning program for high school students. It created to prepare the next generation of entrepreneurs for success. Developed and launched by TiE Boston in 2005, TYE has grown to be a global youth empowerment and education curriculum taught in 26 chapters throughout the globe.

Monday’s TYE open house will be held from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm at the headquarters of Constant Contact, located at 1601Trapelo Road in Waltham, MA.

“The session is open to all interested high school students and parents to learn about the program and the upcoming curriculum for the 2017-2018 cycle,” TiE Boston said in a statement. “It will also include a short team building activity where students will walk away with stronger leadership skills.”

At the TYE Open House TYE Program Manager Simone LaPray will walk through the program, answer questions and lead interested participants through a TYE leadership activity. Students are strongly encouraged to attend with their parents to find out more! To RSVP to the Open House, please send an email with a number of those attending to tieadmin@boston.tie.org.
