ANDOVER, MA–Swaranjali Boston will present fusion musical event “Samarpan” on Saturday, March 30, 2024 at the Chinmaya Mission Boston in Andover, MA.
Swaranjali Boston and invited artists will host the event from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the state-of-the-art auditorium (Pavitra) in Chinmaya Mission Boston, located at 1 Union Street in Andover.
The event will celebrate teachers’ hard work, legacy, and, more importantly, their influence on our lives. The attendees will be treated to carefully curated melodious renditions in multiple languages and fusion music genres.

“We all recall at least one teacher, “Guru,” who encouraged, inspired, taught, or influenced our life journey by “showing the way” in education, art, career, relationships, or spirituality,” the organizers said in a statement. “Many times, their pivotal guidance and support, at a crucial juncture, change the course of our lives. Regardless of the field, teachers often spend a lifetime learning and passing on the knowledge to their students with the utmost care, commitment, and dedication. This is often referred to as the Guru-Shishya Parampara.”
“One such Guru is Swami Chinmayananda, whom we call lovingly “Gurudev.” He dedicated his entire life, starting from his youth, to learning the Hindu scriptures under the Guru lineage of Swami Tapovan Maharaj, Swami Shivanand ji, Adi Shankara, and Adiyogi “Lord Shiva.” He then established the Chinmaya Mission to pass on the Vedantic knowledge to give maximum happiness to maximum people for maximum time. This year marks Swami Chinmayananda’s 108th Janmostav (birth anniversary).” The organizers said.
