WATERTOWN, MA– Sunny and Simmi Verma have leased 9,000 square feet of space in Watertown, MA, where they will open The Goddard School in 2016, according to a press release by the leasing company, SVN Parsons Commercial Group.
SVN announced the completion of a 9,000-square-foot lease for Strong Fundamentals Corporation (dba The Goddard School) at 26 Chestnut Street in Watertown.

This will be the first location for The Goddard School in Watertown, according to the release.
The Owners of the school, Sunny and Simmi Verma, said in the statement that “with the recent developments of residential and commercial property in Watertown, we are confident The Goddard School will make a valuable addition to the expansion of the community. With the amount of growing families in the area, the need for high-quality early education is vital, and we look forward to bringing our unique educational approach to this booming community.”
Marci Alvarado and Jake Parsons of SVN represented the tenant and the landlord, The Roman Catholic Archbishop of Boston, was represented by Jim Elcock of Colliers International.
“Our client is thrilled to have found the perfect location for The Goddard School and they plan to make a long term commitment to the community,” said Alvarado, Senior Advisor at SVN. “They will be completely renovating the interior of the building prior to opening in 2016.”
