TEWKSBURY, MA—-Suki Singh, who owned and operated Punjab restaurant in San Diego, Calif., has opened his first Massachusetts restaurant in Tewksbury, MA.
Located at 1921 Main Street, the contemporary Indian restaurant opened on Tuesday, Aug. 9.
Singh, who moved back to Boston in 2011 from San Diego, said his restaurant offers contemporary and traditional Indian food.
“It is more contemporary restaurant,” Singh told INDIA New England News. “I have been in restaurant business for 35 years.”
He said there not any special reason to open the Indian restaurant in Tewksbury except the location.
“It is a great location that we found,” said Singh.
