Parsippany Mayor James Barberio Lauds the Services of Indian Law Maker and Former Resident of Parsippany, NJ

Parsippany, NJ–Parsippany, NJ, Mayor James Barberio met with visiting Indian Law Maker Ponnala Lakshmiah (Former Irrigation and IT Minister) at his office in Parsippany, NJ, and honored him with a PROCLAMATION on behalf of Parsippany town for his services in Public Life.

Mr. Lakshmiah was a resident of Lake Hiawatha in late 60’s and 70’s and went onto India to become a law maker and made tremendrous contributions to the people of Andhra Pradesh, especially in the field of agriculture, Irrigation and Information and Technology.

The PROCLAMATION lauds the services of Mr.Ponnala Lakshmiah for his role in transforming the lives of millions of people in Andhra Pradesh thru innovative schemes in Irrigation and Information Technology and his humanitarian efforts.

Mayor Barberio honored Mr.Ponnala in the town hall with some Prominent Indian Americans and made a brief statement to honor and laud the services of the visiting law maker and former resident of Parsippany (Lake Hiawatha).
