
Shrewsbury, MA— Professionals and entrepreneurs across Massachusetts are set to gather for a full day of learning, connection, and career development at The LEAP Collective, a one-day conference taking place Saturday, May 2, 2026, at the India Center in Shrewsbury.

Organized by the India Society of Worcester’s Women Empowering Women (WEW) initiative and the Professionals and Entrepreneurs Network (PEN), the event is designed to help attendees Lead, Elevate, Advance, and Progress through a dynamic mix of keynote presentations, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities.
The conference will feature a diverse lineup of speakers, including Navjot Singh, former managing partner of McKinsey & Company’s Boston office, and Bobbie Carlton, founder of Innovation Women and Carlton PR & Marketing. Sessions will explore timely topics such as artificial intelligence in career growth, leadership in times of change, angel investing, personal branding, and work-life integration.
The day will conclude with a fireside chat featuring Anu Chitrapu of Bank of America and Rama Ramakrishnan of Massachusetts Institute of Technology, offering insights into leadership and innovation in today’s evolving professional landscape.
