Mumbai– An eminent uro-Oncologist heading the robotic surgery departmment at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital has been felicitated for successfully completing 1,001 robotic surgeries.

T.B. Yuvaraja was on Sunday honoured for the intelligent manner in which he used his experience to deliver superior patient outcomes.

Yuvaraja is a specialist for treating prostrate, kidney, urinary bladder, testicular and penile cancers.

He is known for devising the “suspension stitch” to improve post-prostatectomy incontinence and standardising procedures for inguinal lymph node dissection.
