PROVIDENCE, RI– The India Association of Rhode Island, known as IARI, will host Consul General of India-New York and a business delegation on Thursday, June 17, in Providence, RI.

Dignitaries attending the meeting include Consul General Riva Ganguly Das, political dignitaries of Rhode Island, members of a business delegation from New York, past Presidents of India Association of Rhode Island and members of the Indian community in Rhode Island.
The delegation will be led by Das and will comprise of Deputy Consul General Dr. Manoj K. Mohapatra, Consul Trade Sreenivasa Rao, Representative from Andhra bank (Nationalized Indian bank) –P. Rama Krishna, Representative from State Bank of India (Nationalized Indian bank) – Arun Mohan Representative from Make My Trip–Ruby Chadha, Representative from ICICI Bank –Malav Shah, and Representative from Air India –Shiv Kapuria
The visit is aimed at bringing Rhode Island and India closer, and to create goodwill for India, organizers said.
