Himesh Reshammiya Marks Anniversary With Wife Sonia Kapoor
MUMBAI, India — Singer and composer Himesh Reshammiya marked his wedding anniversary with actress Sonia Kapoor by sharing a heartfelt message on social media.
Himesh posted a photo with Sonia on Instagram and called her the inspiration behind his life and music.
“To my beautiful wife @soniakapoor06 You are the soul behind every melody of my life, Happy wedding Anniversary,” he wrote.
Filmmaker and choreographer Farah Khan reacted to the post in the comments, writing, “Aaj toh ho jaaye MAJORRRRRR!!”
Himesh and Sonia were married on May 11, 2018, in a traditional Hindu ceremony at his home in Andheri’s Lokhandwala area of Mumbai. The wedding was attended by close friends and family.
Himesh was previously married to Komal Reshammiya. The two separated in 2017 after a decade of marriage.
On the work front, Himesh recently released his latest track, “Sharaab,” in collaboration with music producer Anshul Garg. The music video features Himesh with actress and former beauty queen Manushi Chhillar, with choreography by Piyush-Shazia.
Himesh has provided vocals for the song, while Rajat Nagpal composed the music and Rana Sotal wrote the lyrics.
Himesh has also composed music for Salman Khan’s upcoming war drama “Maatrubhumi: May War Rest in Peace.” The film is directed by Apoorva Lakhia and produced by Salma Khan under Salman Khan Films. Chitrangada Singh stars as the female lead. (Source: IANS)
