Harry Arora immigrated to the United States twenty-five years ago to attend graduate school. He has an undergraduate degree in engineering and an M.B.A from the University of Texas- Austin, as well as an M.P.A. from Harvard University. He Lived in Fairfield County for sixteen years with his family. Previously before running for congress Arora was an investment manager.
