BOSTON – TiE Boston announced that Yash Shah, a former President and Board member, has been elected to the prestigious TiE Global Board of Trustees. TiE, a global non-profit dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship across generations, spans 61 chapters worldwide with a network of over 15,000 members.

Mr. Shah is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor, and philanthropist with over two decades of experience in IT and software. He is the Co-founder and CEO of Jeavio, a Venture Services firm that accelerates product development for early-stage technology companies and drives digital transformation for B2B SaaS enterprises.

As a Charter Member of TiE Boston for over 25 years, Mr. Shah has been instrumental in mentoring startups, investing through TiE Boston Angels, and shaping the chapter’s growth and strategy. During his tenure as President of TiE Boston, he significantly expanded the Charter Membership and introduced multiyear sponsorship models, which brought substantial benefits to both TiE Boston and TiE Global. Mr. Shah also expanded TiECON East by including partner chapters from TiE New York and TiE Toronto, fostering greater regional collaboration.

Beyond TiE, Mr. Shah co-founded InteQ Corporation, acquired by CA Technologies and led product transformation efforts as CTO at SevOne, acquired by IBM. Outside of his professional life, Mr. Shah enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing his passion for travel and cultural exploration. These experiences have enriched his perspective and inform his inclusive leadership style.
Mr. Shah holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University. His election to the TiE Global Board marks a new chapter in his ongoing mission to empower the next generation of entrepreneurs.
