BOSTON — ezCater has appointed Shaila Parikh as Chief Operations Officer, effective February 4, 2026. Parikh will oversee customer care and supply chain operations as the company continues to scale its workplace food platform for enterprise customers and restaurant partners across the United States.
Parikh brings over two decades of experience in operations, strategy, and consulting. She has held leadership roles at companies including Papa, Lyft, and DaVita Kidney Care, with a focus on building scalable systems, improving customer experiences, and reducing operational costs.
