ANDOVER, MA–As the Indian American community prepares to embrace the joyous festival of Diwali, Dwarkamai temples in New England is hosting a night of music, devotion, and unity on Saturday, Oct. 26, 2024 in Andover, MA.
At Andover West Middle School, talented local musicians and singers will fill the air with the enchanting melodies of Bollywood’s timeless classics.
This event, rooted in love and togetherness, is a special program to support the purchase of a new temple building for growing community.
“We humbly invite you to take this opportunity to gather with your loved ones and celebrate Diwali in the most delightful way—with music that touches the heart and brings joy to the soul,” organizers of the event said in a statement. “Our artists have worked with dedication all summer to bring this special performance to life. This night promises to be a true celebration of our culture, where you can sing, dance, and share in the spirit of giving as we all contribute to this beautiful cause.”
The statement added: “Let the spirit of Diwali, the festival of lights, shine even brighter as we come together to raise funds for a new temple home—a sacred space where we can continue to celebrate, worship, and serve our community for generations to come.
