Valentine’s Day has been lucky for her, considering the fact that her last hit “Hasee Toh Phasee” released around the same period. She has often claimed that she is single, though her name has been linked to “Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl” director Maneesh Sharma, and actors Arjun Kapoor, Uday Chopra and Aditya Roy Kapur in the past. Her victory over weight issues recently grabbed the spotlight.

“Weight loss is a very long and difficult process. I’ve been working on myself for 11 months now and I feel it’ll still take a couple of months to reach where I want to.” “I used to think about food the whole day, what I’ll eat next and what after that. It has to come within you if you have to lose weight. You just have to remain consistent and mentally strong if you want results. I just told myself that I have tasted all food that I wanted to taste, I don’t want to do more and I want to be fit now,” she said.

Kangana Ranaut deserved an award: R. Madhavan
Actor R. Madhavan says his co-actor from the “Tanu and Manu” series actress Kangana Ranaut “deserved” awards for sure. The talented actress has been lauded by many for her role in the 2015 film “Tanu Weds Manu Returns”, but has not received an award for the same this year.

“I think Kangana deserved an award for sure. I think her double role was spectacular. She really deserved it, but I don’t do,” Madhavan told IANS.

Madhavan, whose latest film “Saala Khadoos” released on Friday, says the only reason he goes to awards shows is because he gets a chance to meet his friends. “Actually nobody has ever given me an award and also it’s not really important in my life. I go to these award shows for meeting my friends,” he added.
