Saiyami Kher invited to attend the Australian Open

Mumbai– Actress Saiyami Kher is all set to witness the excitement of the ongoing Australian Open, which is one of the biggest sporting events in the world.

Saiyami shared, “I have always been an ardent sports lover. And I am genuinely thrilled and honoured to receive this special invitation from Tourism Australia to experience the Grand Slam spectacle at the Australian Open. Sport is my first love. And I have traveled to watch the Wimbledon, US Open, so the Australian Open was a bucket list I wanted to do.”

“I see it not just as a game but as a celebration of the human spirit, determination, and sheer athleticism. I am here rooting for Rohan Bopanna, he is someone who has given us so much but we don’t celebrate him enough. And in the men’s Singals I really hope Alcaraz wins! I feel he’s the future”.

Saiyami finds joy in the athletic spirit of each destination.

A versatile sportswoman herself, Saiyami is known for her prowess in cricket, badminton, and tennis.

Raveena Tandon reveals Varun Sood was a prankster on ‘Karmma Calling’ sets

Mumbai– Actress Raveena Tandon, who is awaiting the release of her new streaming show ‘Karmma Calling’, has revealed that her co-actor Varun Sood, who plays her son in the film was the prankster on the sets of the show during its filming.

Raveena bonded with her co-actors Varun Sood and Namrata Sheth on the sets of the show, and shared her experience of working with them as she heaped praise on both of them for their dedication to work and also revealed the unknown side of Varun.

Talking about the same, Raveena said: “Shooting with Varun and Namrata was a great experience. Both of them bring a dynamic energy to the sets and are very keen on exploring and learning more. Namrata is dedicated to her craft and was preparing very well before each scene. On the other hand, Varun was a prankster on-set and would suddenly transform into his character effortlessly, whenever we had to shoot.”

She further mentioned: “My journey has been different with both of them. Varun plays my son on-screen and what I developed with him is a bond I am definitely going to cherish. Namrata plays Karma Talwar and in most of our scenes, we are seen at loggerheads but off-screen we shared a warm and loving bond. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them.”

Kareena Kapoor wishes ‘favourites’ Soha, Kunal on 9th wedding anniv

Mumbai– Actress Kareena Kapoor Khan on Thursday showered love on her ‘favourites’ — sister-in-law Soha Ali Khan, and brother-in-law Kunal Kemmu on their ninth wedding anniversary.

Kunal and Soha got married in a private ceremony in Mumbai on January 25, 2015 in the presence of their family.

The couple have a daughter Inaaya.

Kareena is married to Soha’s elder brother and actor Saif Ali Khan.

Taking to Instagram stories, Kareena, who enjoys 11.5 million followers in the social media, dropped a throwback black and white picture of Soha and Kunal.

The photos features the lovebirds sitting at a restaurant and smiling for the cameras.

It was captioned as: “Happy anniversary favourites”, followed by red heart emoji.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Soha was last seen in the web series ‘Hush Hush’. She will be seen in ‘Chhorii 2’.

Kunal featured in the comedy drama ‘Pop Kaun?’, and the movie ‘Kanjoos Makhichoos’. He will be soon seen in ‘Murder Mubarak’.

On the other hand, Kareena was last seen in ‘Jaane Jaan’, ‘The Buckingham Murders’.

She next has ‘The Crew’ and ‘Singham Again’ in her kitty.

Vaani has venture with a ‘top-tier superstar’, announcement is shrouded in secrecy

Mumbai– Actress Vaani Kapoor is set to have her most prolific year in cinema in 2024 as she has four distinct yet unique projects among which there is a film with a “top-tier” superstar, but details are under wraps currently.

Vaani said: “I’m absolutely thrilled about the upcoming cinematic year in 2024, where I’m fortunate to be involved in four diverse projects! One of the highlights is ‘Raid 2’, a project alongside the legendary Ajay Devgn, promising to be a tremendous learning experience that will undoubtedly enrich my journey as an actor.”

“Simultaneously, I’ve embarked on a monumental venture with a top-tier superstar, but unfortunately, the project’s announcement is shrouded in secrecy, preventing me from divulging details,” Vaani said.

Vaani shared that adding to the excitement is ‘Sarvagunn Sampann’.

“A film where I take on the lead role, which is set to hit the screens, offering audiences a glimpse into one of my most challenging multifaceted roles.“

Vaani is also set to make her debut on streaming later this year in YRF’s tentpole 2024 series titled ‘Mandala Murders’. She is headlining this edge-of-the-seat, gritty thriller!

She said: “Furthermore, I’m stepping into the world of streaming with YRF’s tentpole series of the year, ‘Mandala Murders’, helmed by the ingenious Gopi Puthran, known for his work on Mardaani 2 (also the writer of Mardaani).”
