Rashmika Mandanna gorges on ‘laddoos’ during ‘accidental break’
Mumbai– Actress Rashmika Mandanna, who is awaiting the release of his upcoming potential box-office juggernaut, has revealed that she suffered a minor accident. However, the actress has been recovering well from her injury.
The actress also shared that she has been having a lot of laddoos during her recovery.
On Monday, the actress took to her Instagram, and shared a picture of herself in spectacles, and making a goofy face.
She also penned a long note in the caption, as she wrote, “Hey guys, how’ve you been? I know it’s been a while since I came on here or was even seen in the public. The reason I haven’t been very active in the last month is because I had a little accident, (a minor one) and I was recovering and was staying at home as I was told to by the doctors”.
She further mentioned, “I am better now and just for heads up – I am in the phase of being super active so all the best dealing with my activities. Make it a priority to take care of yourself always because life is super fragile and short and we don’t know if we will have a tomorrow so choose happiness everyday. PS: Another update I’ve been eating a lot of laddoos”.
Meanwhile, Rashmika, who last delivered the blockbuster ‘Animal’ along with Ranbir Kapoor, will be seen reprising her role of Srivalli in the Allu Arjun-starrer ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’. She also has ‘Kubera’. She also has ‘Sikandar’ in the pipeline in which she will be seen sharing the screen with Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, and ‘Chhaava’ opposite Vicky Kaushal.
The actress will be seen in the role of Yeshubai Bhosle, wife of Sambhaji Maharaj along with Akshaye Khanna, Ashutosh Rana and Divya Dutta in supporting roles.
‘Chhava’ is set to release on December 6.
Pooja Hegde: Really excited for my performance in SIIMA this year
Mumbai– Actress Pooja Hegde has expressed excitement for her upcoming performance in the 12th Edition of the South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA), talking about her association, and the love she had received for her act in the last event.
Speaking about the same, Pooja said: “Our job is to entertain, and the award show enables us to do that the best. It’s an incredible feeling to receive a SIIMA award, and kudos to all the deserving winners this year.”
“I have a great association with SIIMA, and the love I got during my last performance at the event was incredible. I am really excited for my performance this year as well,” she added.

The award ceremony is all set to take place at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) on September 14 and 15.
On the work front, Pooja, who was the second runner-up at the 2010 ‘I Am She-Miss Universe India’ pageant, made her acting debut in 2012 with the Tamil film ‘Mugamoodi’. Her first Telugu release came in 2014 with ‘Oka Laila Kosam’, which featured Naga Chaitanya.
She has been a part of Telugu movies like ‘Mukunda’, ‘ DJ: Duvvada Jagannadham’, ‘Saakshyam’, ‘Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava’, ‘Maharshi’, ‘Gaddalakonda Ganesh’, ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo’, ‘Most Eligible Bachelor’, ‘Acharya’, ‘F3: Fun and Frustration’.

She made her Bollywood debut in 2016 with period action film ‘Mohenjo Daro’, which is written and directed by Ashutosh Gowariker. The film starred Hrithik Roshan in the lead and is based on the ancient Indus Valley civilization.
Pooja has appeared in Hindi movies like ‘Housefull 4’, ‘Radhe Shyam’, ‘Cirkus’, and most recently ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’.
She next has action thriller ‘Deva’ directed by Rosshan Andrrews and written by the duo Bobby-Sanjay. The film stars Shahid Kapoor in the lead role.

Tiger Shroff flaunts his washboard abs, toned physique in new Instagram video
Mumbai– Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff on Monday has set the internet on fire by sharing a video of himself, flaunting his toned physique.
Tiger, who has 39.8 million followers on Instagram, shared a Reel video, in which we can see him only wearing orange coloured joggers.
He is running and showing off his well-sculpted back and biceps.
As he turns his face towards the camera, we get a look of his washboard abs and triceps.
The video is captioned with a sun and Tiger emoji.
It has garnered 967K followers, with his mother Ayesha Shroff dropping red heart emojis in the comment section.

Mumbai– Bollywood diva Kareena Kapoor Khan looked every-inch regal dressed in a fiery red Indian wear as she stepped out for Ganapati celebrations.
Kareena took to Instagram, where she shared a slew of images, including a picture with her actor husband Saif Ali Khan. The actress wore a fiery red salwar suit with gold drizzles by couturier Sabyasachi.
She completed her look with chunky chandelier earrings and subtle make-up with smokey eyes. Saif channeled his inner Bengali spirit as he chose to wear a maroon silk kurta paired with a dhoti.

Recently, Kareena revealed that a “hot bag” rescued her from shooting in “every weather.”
Kareena took to Instagram, where she shared three photographs from the sets of her upcoming film “The Buckingham Murders.”
In the images, Kareena is wearing a thick bomber jacket with her arms wrapped around. The last picture had the actress holding on to a hot bag.

“The Buckingham Murders” is helmed by Hansal Mehta, who is known for ‘Aligarh’, ‘Shahid’ and ‘Scam 1992: The Harshad Mehta Story’. The film also stars Ranveer Brar, Ash Tandon, Ranveer Brar, and Keith Allen.
The upcoming film follows the character Jasmeet Bhamra, a British-Indian detective who has recently lost her child. She is assigned the case of a murdered 10-year-old child in Buckinghamshire.
The film is scheduled to hit the theatres on September 13.
Kareena also has ‘Singham Again’ in the pipeline which marks her return to the ‘Singham’ franchise. The film is directed by Rohit Shetty, and will release on November 1.
Too much social media affects works negatively, says Malavika Mohanan
Mumbai– Actress Malavika Mohanan, who has been getting a good response to her work in the recently released Hindi version of her movie ‘Thangalaan’, has shared that she likes to stay away from social media and cut down on her screen time during shoots as much as possible.
The actress said that spending too much time on social media affects her work negatively.
She told IANS, “Too much scrolling on my phone dumbs me down (laughs). I can see it affecting my work in the sense my mind struggles to be present in a scene on days when I spend too much time on social media”.
The actress said that the brain fog kicks in because of social media, technology usage or screen exposure which she recognised over the past year.
She further mentioned, “When I’m filming, I try to stay away from phones as much as possible, even if you are getting bored, it’s okay, get bored but it will allow you to focus on your work”.
When asked if social media is an occupational hazard for actors given that they are required to put content on social media for fan engagements, she said, “It is a very catch 22 situation, an actor can’t stay away from social media in these times but balance is the key”.
In’ Thangalaan’, the actress shares the screen with Vikram, and essays the character of a local deity Aarathi, who protects the Kolar Gold Fields from foreign invasion. The film has been directed by the acclaimed director Pa. Ranjith, who is known for ‘Kabali’, ‘Kaala’ and ‘Sarpatta Parambarai’.
The film also stars Parvathy Thiruvothu, Daniel Caltagirone, Pasupathy and Hari Krishnan. It is set during the British Raj era, a fierce tribal leader sets out to stop an apparent sorceress, after earning her wrath when assisting a British general in tracing gold in their village.

Krystle D’Souza captures tantalising culinary moments in Hyderabad
Mumbai– Actress Krystle D’Souza, who predominantly works in television, is enjoying the culinary delights in Hyderabad.
The actress recently took to the Stories section of her Instagram and shared pictures of the delectable food that she indulged in. The pictures show the actress enjoying a mutton soup and the iconic Hyderabadi biryani. She wrote on the picture, “How not to”.
The actress is currently in Hyderabad for shooting for a web series which is currently underway at the Ramoji Film City.
She made her web debut with ‘Fittrat’ in 2019 and film debut with ‘Chehre’ in 2021.
The actress recently saw the release of her film ‘Visfot’. The film also stars Riteish Deshmukh, Fardeen Khan and Priya Bapat.
