Wajah Tum Ho is best suspense thriller: Rajniesh Duggall

New Delhi– Actor Rajniesh Duggall, who will be seen in a bold avatar in “Wajah Tum Ho”, finds it to be the “best thriller script”.

wajah-tum-ho“My next is ‘Wajah Tum Ho’ and that is a sensuous thriller. That is a superb suspense thriller plot. I would probably put it as one of the best suspense thriller scripts that I have ever seen in Indian cinema,” Rajniesh told IANS over phone from Mumbai.

Directed by Vishal Pandya, who has helmed films like “Hate Story 2” and “Hate Story 3”, “Wajah Tum Ho” also features Sana Khan, Sharman Joshi and Gurmeet Choudhary. It is slated to release on December 2.

The actor is currently gearing up for the release of his upcoming romantic horror film “Saasein”. He made his Bollywood debut in 2008 with the horror film “1920”.

“This is my second horror film in seven years besides that there have been thrillers, karma, love story and comedy, they all are in different genres. Yes, they are somewhere related to past life or thrillers. Horror-wise, this is only my second film,” he said.

Directed by Rajiv S Ruia, “Saasein” also stars Sonarika Bhadoria, Hiten Tejwani and Neetha Shetty.

Akshay Kumar gets Bhagvad Gita as gift

Mumbai–Actor Akshay Kumar, who is in Mathura for shooting for his upcoming film “Toilet: Ek Prem Katha” got the Bhagvad Gita as a gift from a passerby.

Akshay on Sunday took to Twitter to share a photograph of the book. The “Rustom” actor says he feels blessed.

“Couldn’t have asked for a better start to the day. Landed in Mathura and got gifted this precious Bhagvad Gita on day one by a passerby! Blessed,” he captioned the image.

According to rumours, the film is based on Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. The film will be a light-hearted comedy revolving around this campaign directed by Neeraj Pandey. It also features veteran actor Anupam Kher.

Actor Saqib Saleem says his favourite Sunday memory has to do with paranthas!

The actor says he used to have a parantha eating competition with his cousins.

“All the cousins and me used to have a parantha eating competition… Mostly I won because I love aloo ke paranthe with some makhan (butter). Favourite Sunday memory,” Saqib tweeted.

On the acting front, Saqib was last seen on screen in the John Abraham and Varun Dhawan starrer “Dishoom” and will soon be seen sharing screen space with his sister in “Dobaara”, a Hindi remake of Hollywood film “Oculus”.

Arjun done with ‘Kahaani 2’ dubbing

Actor Arjun Rampal, who will be sharing the screen with versatile actress Vidya Balan in “Kahaani 2”, has finished dubbing for the film.

Arjun says he cannot wait to watch the film’s final copy.

“Done with ‘Kahaani 2’ dub. So proud of my friend Sujoy Ghosh, super happy and proud of the film. Can’t wait to watch the final copy,” Arjun tweeted.

“Kahaani 2” is the second installment of the “Kahaani” franchise.

Bollywood celebrities concerned over Delhi smog

Mumbai–Bollywood celebrities like Anupam Kher, Shekhar Kapur and Dia Mirza have expressed concern over the deteriorating air quality in the national capital.

Delhi on Saturday saw the worst air pollution of the season. The smog that hung low over the city kept pollution levels extremely high, breaching the safe limit by over 17 times at several places.

Here is what the celebrities had to say:

Shekhar Kapur: Sleeping open air at night staring at the endless Milky Way. Shaking Jamun trees for their fruit at India Gate. That was Delhi. Delhi chokes.

Anupam Kher: This is a pic of Delhi Smog. Sky is full of it at 11.41 a.m. Eyes burning. Lethal and dangerous for people living here. Needs immediate attention.

Ashoke Pandit: If the capital of India is asthmatic and breathless, then India’s health is bleak. Delhi chokes.
