Mitta Ror Celebrates Love and Everyday Relationships in New Song ‘Chehra’

MUMBAI — Haryanvi pop singer Mitta Ror has released his latest romantic single, “Chehra,” a song exploring the everyday emotions, companionship and small gestures that make relationships meaningful.

The track, which features vocalist Swara Verma, combines the distinctive sound of Haryanvi music with a softer, more romantic approach, highlighting the importance of affection, care and emotional connection.

Mitta said the song represents his efforts to experiment with different musical styles while remaining connected to the audience that has supported his career.

“The love and response I have received for my music has always motivated me to keep creating and experimenting while staying connected to my audience. ‘Chehra’ is a very special song for me because it explores the simple emotions that make relationships meaningful,” he said.

“I wanted it to feel fresh, honest and comforting, while still staying true to the sound and identity my audience connects with. I’m excited for the song to reach an even wider audience and hope listeners connect with the emotions in it,” the singer added.

Discussing the inspiration behind the track, Mitta explained that he wanted to capture how ordinary moments can become memorable when shared with someone special.

He said love does not always require elaborate romantic gestures and can instead be expressed through small acts of kindness, playful arguments and spending time together.

“I feel love is not always about doing big things for someone. Sometimes, it is about the smallest things, like teasing each other, having little arguments, caring for each other and just wanting to spend time together. I wanted to capture that kind of love in ‘Chehra’,” he said.

“The idea is that when you are in love, even the smallest things about that person become special. And sometimes, just seeing their face is enough to make your day,” he added.

Mitta said the creative direction of “Chehra” was intended to preserve the identity of Haryanvi music while exploring a more emotional side of romantic relationships.

“The idea was to create a love song that feels real and relatable. In Haryanvi music, we have a very distinct style and a certain desi swag, and I wanted to retain that while exploring a softer, more romantic side,” he explained.

The singer described the track as a celebration of relationships in which couples feel comfortable expressing themselves, sharing laughter and supporting each other through everyday experiences.

“‘Chehra’ is about the kind of relationship where you can be completely yourself with someone, where there is love, care, nok-jhok and a lot of masti. You don’t always need grand gestures to show love. Sometimes, just being together is enough,” Mitta said.

He added that the accompanying music video was developed to reflect the same emotions, with an emphasis on the chemistry between the performers and the authenticity of their relationship.

Released by Zee Music Company, “Chehra” is available on major music streaming platforms.

Mitta Ror has built a following through his contributions to Haryanvi pop music, including his widely recognized song “Sheesha.”

With his latest release, the singer aims to showcase a different dimension of his musical style while maintaining the regional influences that have helped establish his identity as an artist. (Source: IANS)
