Neha Kakkar Shares Rainy Day Cover of Arijit Singh’s ‘Tumse Behtar’

MUMBAI — Singer Neha Kakkar delighted fans with a soulful rendition of Arijit Singh’s song “Tumse Behtar,” sharing a video of herself enjoying rain, tea, and a scenic backdrop.
In the clip posted on social media, Kakkar is seen sitting in the trunk of a car, singing the track from Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor’s film “Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari.” The video also captures a picturesque setting of mountains and a flowing river behind her.
The original song is sung by Arijit Singh, with music and lyrics by Tanishk Bagchi.
Sharing the video, Kakkar wrote, “Rain, tea, music, and this view!”
Her husband, singer Rohanpreet Singh, responded in the comments, writing, “Your voice and this vibe!”
The post comes weeks after Kakkar addressed speculation about her personal life. In January, the singer had announced a break from “responsibilities, relationships, and work,” sparking rumors about her marriage.
She later clarified her remarks, urging people not to involve her family. “Guys please don’t drag my innocent husband or my sweetest family in all this, please! They are the purest people I know, and whatever I am today, it’s because of their support,” she wrote on her Instagram Stories.
“It’s a few other people and the system that I’m upset with. I hope you get it and let my husband and my family stay out of all this. And yes, I agree I shouldn’t be so emotional when it comes to posting on social media because media people know very well how to make a mountain out of a molehill. Lesson learned,” she added.
Kakkar later deleted her earlier post announcing the break. (Source: IANS)
