 Nikita Dutta to star in ‘Ek Duje Ke Vaaste’

Mumbai–Actress Nikita Dutta, best known for her role in TV show “Dream Girl – Ek Ladki Deewani”, will be next seen in the upcoming show “Ek Duje Ke Vaaste”. Nikita will play the role of Suman in the show, which will revolve around a love story.

“I play the character of Suman who is like any other girl who is very shy at home but very confident when she faces the world. My character has many layers and I am sure the female audience will relate to it,” Nikita said in a statement. “Though the concept of the show revolves around a love layer, ‘Ek Duje Ke Vaaste’ has a very unique storyline. It is not a typical love story and I am glad to be a part of this show,” she added.

“Ek Duje Ke Vaaste” will be aired on Sony Entertainment Television.

Tigmanshu Dhulia to ‘redesign’ horror through TV show

Mumbai– Filmmaker Tigmanshu Dhulia will create the second season of horror show “Darr Sabko Lagta Hai”. He says this time it will be more scary as he is personally redesigning it.

“I am glad to come on board for the new season of ‘Darr Sabko Lagta Hai’. While the earlier season featured a host, my outlook regarding this season is completely different,” Dhulia, best known for directing films like “Paan Singh Tomar”, “Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster” and “Shagird”, said in a statement.

“I want to focus more on characters and increase the overall shock value. Primarily, my intent is to redesign how differently horror can reach the viewer’s home. This time evil is intensely motivated,” he added. The first season of the &TV show featured actress Bipasha Basu as the host. However, the “Jism” actress will not return in the second season. The second season of the show will go on air in the first week of February.

Erica Fernandes ‘thrilled’ about TV debut
Mumbai–Actress Erica Fernandes, who is making her TV debut with upcoming TV show “Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi”, says she is “excited” and “thrilled” about her venture into the telly world.Erica, who has previously worked in films across different industries like “Ainthu Ainthu Ainthu” (Tamil), “Ninnindale” (Kannada), “Babloo Happy Hai” (Hindi) and “Galipatam” (Telugu), will be paired opposite Shaheer Sheikh in the show, which is touted to be a romantic drama.

“I am very excited as ‘Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi’ is my first show on television and I am thrilled about this new adventure in my career. It is an honour to be associated with such a fantastic team,” Erica said in a statement. “As a child I have always wanted to have my fingers in many pies and working on television was always on my checklist,” she added.

Talking about her co-star Shaheer, Erica said: “He is a really cheerful and sweet person. We hit it off instantly. But don’t fall for his innocent face as he is very naughty and loves every bit of being a brat.” “Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi” will be aired on Sony Entertainment Television starting February end.
