He says he never liked working out, but is now on a diet and works out regularly.

Karan is not alone in this mission. He is doing this with his Star Plus show’s cast mate Aly Goni and Rohit Reddy.

“All three of us are on a serious mission on getting fitter like never before. I never liked working out, but now we have made ourselves go on a routine diet and workout,” Karan said in a statement.

“All of us help each other to get this routine on track. And Aly is like my brother from different mother and has immensely inspired me on getting a fit body and work on my diet. After all, we are all for one and one for all.”

Shakti, Punit get together for a dance performance

Popular contemporary dancer Shakti Mohan will be seen getting back together with choreographer-actor Punit Pathak – only for a dance performance in dance reality show “Dance +”.

Shakti and Punit, who were reportedly in a relationship a while ago, will get on the stage to flaunt their salsa moves.

“Our long lost love birds danced on a romantic number when a contestant insisted them to get on the floor with them. Both Punit and Shakti moved their legs on a popular salsa number… The dance was very impromptu and both the captains acted as thorough professionals when asked to do a performance together,” said a source from the set.

The second season of “Dance +”, with ace choreographer-filmmaker Remo D’Souza as super judge, is aired on Star Plus.

Shakti and Punit are mentors on the show alongside Dharmesh Yelande.

Aasif Sheikh flaunts bald look for TV show

Aasif Sheikh has dared to flaunt a bald look for “Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hain!”, but he hasn’t shaved off his hair.

The actor says the look might be “visually funny”, but is extremely difficult to carry off.

“The bald look is by far the most difficult look in comparison to all the previous ones. With the bald patch on my head, it’s hard to breathe sometimes, and it takes a lot of time to get ready as well,” Aasif said in a statement.

He added: “But visually it looks funny and I hope the audience enjoys the track.”

The show, which is aired on &TV, stars Saumya Tandon, Rohitash Gaud and Shubhangi Atre.
