BOSTON—TiECON East, the annual conference of TiE Boston, announced that for the first time ever it will host an AI Pitch Competition where the winner will take home $25,000 prize money.
AI Pitch competition is organized by Innospark Ventures, a Boston-based Seed Fund for AI, in partnership with TiE Boston.
Innospark, which is founded by serial entrepreneur and philanthropist Venkat Srinivasan, is running this first of its kind pitch competition for startups in the AI space.
“Innospark’s mission is to invest in the AI driven economy. A new breed of early investors, they believe in the generation of AI, and in bold founders leveraging AI to create a differential impact on society,” TiE Boston said in a statement.
Innospark’s portfolio includes companies like Olaris, Neurable, Voda and Wyebot.
Innospark is looking for startups using AI in areas such as healthcare/life sciences, B2B enterprise, cyber and education. Anyone meeting this criteria and interested in a chance to win $25K can apply.

The annual TiECON East conference, which is organized by TiE Boston and scheduled for Oct. 1, 2021 at the Westin Hotel in Waltham, MA, is the largest conference of and for entrepreneurs and business executives in the Northeast.
