BOSTON, MA—TiE-Boston will hold its annual StartupCON conference on Oct. 6 in Boston and focus on Future of Innovation, Pathways to Growth and Models of Pioneering Connected Healthcare. About 75 speakers will feature in the day-long conference and approximately 800 people expected to attend.

“We moved StartupCON to fall to give TiE-Boston’s new leadership and office team a long runway to build on positive feedback received last year, plan for excellent and engaging content, and line up the best speakers,” said TiE-Boston Executive Director Laura Teicher. “We have been working towards this event since early this year and are very excited about the incredible line up we have to share this year.”

TiE Boston’s StartupCON is the largest of its kind in New England, a full day, content-packed event bringing together innovators, business leaders, and funders.

TiE-Boston StartupCON will be held on Oct. 6 at Hynes Convention Center located at 900 Boylston Street in Boston.

“This year we are capping attendance at 800, expect to sell out,” Teicher said. “We expect roughly 75 speakers this year across keynotes and sessions, three content tracks: Future of Innovation, Pathways to Growth, and Pioneering Models of Connected Healthcare.”

Co-Chairs for this year’s StartupCON are Bobbie Carlton, founder of MassInno Nights and InnoWomen, and Pavan Pant, an entrepreneur and board member of the non-profit Ideas In Action Inc.
