BOSTON–The Boston Group Private Limited announced that it has acquired People Prime Worldwide, a recruitment consultancy in India, the company said in a statement.
This acquisition empowers the Boston Group to strengthen its position in the software services industry globally, enabling them to deliver their resources to their clients and drive business growth.
Headquartered in Hyderabad, India and established in 2012, People Prime Worldwide is an IT Staffing and Recruitment company with over 3,000 placements annually to its credit. With rising number of corporations struggling to meet their hiring needs with quality resources are now looking to outsource resource fulfillment to companies such as People Prime Worldwide, the statement said.
This acquisition will expand The Boston Group IT staffing services platform to multiple customers globally and enhance its business growth. The Boston Group has been expanding its base across borders through mergers and acquisitions with foreign/regional players. According to a top company insider, more acquisitions are planned over the next few years, to further enhance its sales and revenues.
