Srinivasan, Rosenbaum, Bradach and Pandey to speak at TiE Boston’s social entrepreneurship panel

CAMBRIDGE, MA—TiE-Boston is holding a panel discussion on the rise of Indian philanthropy as a force for social change on Thursday, Feb. 18 in Cambridge, MA. Speakers include Venkat Srinivasan, Vice Chair of American India Foundation; Emily Rosenbaum, CEO, Akshaya Patra Foundation USA; and Jeff Bradach, Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Bridgespan.

The panel will be moderated by Rakesh Pandey, Distinguished Research Scientist at Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering. It will be held Thursday, Feb. 18 at East Arcade, One Main Street, Cambridge, MA. 6-7pm: Networking and Appetizers and 7-8:30pm: Panel Discussion and Q&A. The registration fee is $20 non-members. The event is free for TiE Boston members.

Jeff Bradach, Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Bridgespan
Bradach writes and speaks extensively on nonprofit strategy, transformative scale, social sector leadership, and philanthropy, and is leading Bridgespan’s efforts to establish a presence in India.

Emily Rosenbaum, CEO, Akshaya Patra Foundation USA

Rosenbaum is Chief Executive Officer of the Akshaya Patra Foundation, the world’s largest NGO running mid-day school meal programs feeding 1.4 million underserved children in government run schools in India.

Venkat Srinivasan, CEO and Chairman, Rage Networks; Board Member, American India Foundation

Srinivasan is the Founding CEO and Chairman of RAGE Frameworks, a creator of intelligent, live, business process automation solutions [LiveBPA™] including semantic intelligence based products [RealTimeIntelligence™].

Pandey is on the faculty at Olin College of Engineering and is Executive in Residence at Northeastern University. He is also a visiting faculty at the School of Management at Boston University and a mentor at Legatum Center at MIT.
