Shreya Ghoshal Set for Longest North American Tour of Her Career
Mumbai — Playback singer Shreya Ghoshal is preparing to embark on what she described as the longest North American tour of her career, with 12 performances scheduled across the United States and Canada in September.
The North American leg of “The Unstoppable Tour 2026” follows earlier performances in Europe, Australia and Asia.
“This tour holds a very special place in my heart and marks a landmark chapter in the whole ‘Unstoppable’ journey,” Ghoshal said. “In a career spanning over two decades, this will be my longest tour across North America in a single month, and I’m genuinely excited to be coming back.”
Ghoshal said she was also looking forward to performing during the festive season and reconnecting with audiences across the region.
“There’s something very special about performing here, especially as we head into the festive season, and I’m looking forward to creating that mood and celebrating it with my audiences,” she said.
The tour is scheduled to begin in Boston on Sept. 4, followed by Newark on Sept. 5, Virginia on Sept. 6, Columbus on Sept. 9, Chicago on Sept. 11, Toronto on Sept. 13, Houston on Sept. 18, Dallas on Sept. 19, Austin on Sept. 20, Seattle on Sept. 24 and the San Francisco Bay Area on Sept. 26. The tour will conclude in Los Angeles on Sept. 27.
Ghoshal said her previous North American visit left her with fond memories and that she had promised audiences she would return.
“Every night on stage reminds me of why I love what I do,” she said. “Music has this incredible ability to bring people together, no matter where they come from or how far apart they are.”
Manish Sood, National Promoter and Founder of Intense Entertainment, said the company was pleased to bring Ghoshal back to North America.
The tour is organized by Intense Entertainment, led by Sood and Deepa Sahani Sood. Ghoshal and her touring team are also expected to travel between cities together in sleeper coaches throughout the monthlong tour. (Source: IANS)
