‘Sahaa (Life of Sanju)’ Trailer Unveils an Emotional Tale of Love, Memory and Second Chances

Directed by Nishanth Doti, the Telugu romantic drama stars Kumar Kasaram, Swetha Lakshman and Vrajana Pandya; film set for September 4 release

HYDERABAD — The trailer of director Nishanth Doti’s upcoming Telugu film “Sahaa (Life of Sanju)” has been released, offering audiences a glimpse into an emotionally layered story centered on love, memories, relationships and the possibility of finding closure with the past.

Produced by Tejeswar Velpucharla under the Sumaira Studios banner, the film stars Kumar Kasaram, Swetha Lakshman and Vrajana Pandya in the lead roles.

The trailer traces different chapters in the life of Sanju, taking viewers from his childhood memories and school years to college, first love and marriage. As his life progresses, Sanju encounters emotional turmoil following a series of important developments, turning his past into a deeply personal journey of memories and unresolved feelings.

The narrative takes an intriguing turn when Sanju meets a young woman named Sahaa.

What makes their encounter unusual is the striking resemblance she shares with someone from Sanju’s past. The unexpected connection raises questions about whether people and emotions that leave an imprint on our lives can truly disappear, or whether some relationships are destined to find their way back.

Rather than presenting love solely as a conventional romantic experience, the film appears to explore the emotional consequences of relationships — including memories, heartbreak, acceptance and the search for closure.

Director Nishanth Doti brings a sensitive and intimate treatment to the story, with the trailer relying heavily on situations and emotions that are intended to resonate with viewers on a personal level.

The film’s technical team includes music composer Shekar Chandra, cinematographer Karunakar K. and editor Dinesh Peddi.

The supporting cast features Mahipal, Appaji, Bharathi, Meghana Sunil, Bombay Padma, Konda Reddy and Harshavardhan.

With its focus on the unpredictable ways in which people and memories can re-enter one another’s lives, “Sahaa (Life of Sanju)” appears to be shaping up as an emotional romantic drama with a distinctive narrative premise.

The film is scheduled to release in theatres on September 4.
